Culture of Accountability Leadership Sessions
This is a 60-minute workshop designed to build upon the introduction provided in the first workshop and provide a deeper dive into the Michigan Medicine Culture of Accountability framework. The session is designed to give leaders a hands-on, skill-based experience that includes a scenario activity and subsequent discussion.
As a result of attending this session, leaders will be able to:
Build the skills needed to shift from a blame mindset to an accountability mindset
Identify barriers that hinder our ability to practice accountable actions daily
Identify available resources to further nurture a growth/accountability mindset
